Whether sauerkraut , cucumbers , carrots or garlic - with our Mason Jar Fermentation Kit you can easily pickle and preserve vegetables. The best thing about it, however, is the taste - exceptional, aromatic vegetables full of vitamins! The nutrients remain completely intact or are transformed through the fermentation process.

The starter set contains everything you need: attachment, glass weight and recipes. The set is also available as a ripple glass. With our LIEBLINGSGLAS fermentation attachment Gases and thus pressure can escape from the glass through the small valve without oxygen getting in. This keeps it sterile, no germs get into the glass and the vegetables are guaranteed to stay fresh. As a perfect addition, the kit includes Glass weights – this keeps the vegetables at the bottom and the liquid at the top. Make sure that only the brine is above the weight. The fermentation set is perfect for anyone who wants to start fermenting.
