Our Mason Jars differ mainly in one characteristic: the glass opening. Namely the narrow glass opening: Regular Mouth and the wide glass opening: Wide Mouth
The glass opening simply means the diameter of the opening.

Our Mason Jars are truly multifunctional jars and can be used for supplies or storage. What makes them special, however, is their multifunctionality.
The Mason Jars are constructed like a modular system. Depending on the glass opening (regular or wide), you can combine them with our accessories, swap them around and expand them at any time.
For (almost)* every Mason Jar you will receive a screw lid , consisting of 2 parts:
- plate
- screw ring .

That's the trick and the special thing about our Lieblingsglas. The two-part lid means that the jar can be combined with countless accessories. In the morning as a lemon squeezer, at lunchtime as a lunchbox and in the evening for a tea. To do this, the plate is removed and the accessories are placed on the jar. It is then anchored to the jar with the screw ring and sits firmly, ready for use. So you have 1 jar and endless possibilities.
Yes, all glasses are dishwasher safe. The Mason Jar lid and bamboo lid should be washed by hand.
Yes, the lid creates a vacuum. The airtight lid guarantees that no moths can get into the jar.
Yes, the glass is heat-resistant. You can easily make jam in it. You can find more information on our blog .
You can freeze or bake in all jars up to 0.5 l. When baking, note the maximum temperature of 180 degrees.

Important to note when converting: ml is not the same as weight. We have created a small size guide for Mason Jars and our storage jars with bamboo lids to help you find the right jar.
If handled and used correctly, the lid will not rust. The lid can rust if it is in contact with liquid for too long (outside). This can happen in the dishwasher, for example. Therefore, the lids should always be washed by hand and ideally dried. Alternatively, we offer stainless steel lids or replacement lids in the shop.
Delivery
As a rule, all orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched on the same day after successful receipt of payment.
Orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.

If your package has not arrived by then, just contact us at customersupport@lieblingsglas.de and we will look for it. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that no notification card was left in your mailbox if you were not there. Your package will then only be kept for you at the nearest post office for 7 days. After that, the package will be returned to us - so please contact us early!
Shipping depends on the destination country:
GERMANY : 4.95 €, free shipping for orders over 70 Euro
AUSTRIA : 12.95 €, free shipping for orders over 100 Euro
SWITZERLAND : 19.90 Euro
ALL OTHERS EU WIDE: 12.95 Euro
We deliver throughout the EU. All available delivery countries can be selected during checkout.

Yes! Use the address field “Street + house number” to enter the post office or packing station with the corresponding number. Important: do not enter the street or address of the branch or packing station. Example: Post office 112 or packing station 112, not Musterstrasse 12

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Orders are processed immediately and shipped via DHL.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your shipment. Here you can individually choose a desired date.

Orders can be changed or cancelled under certain circumstances and only immediately after receipt of the order. Please contact our customer service at customersupport@lieblingsglas.de
Please understand that we can only make this change as a gesture of goodwill and cannot guarantee a cancellation. As soon as an order has been sent, our packages are sent to our logistics department and processed immediately in order to be able to fulfill the contract we have concluded with you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
You can of course return your order to us within 30 days and get the value of the goods refunded.
You can easily register your return in our RETURNS PORTAL and receive a DHL label depending on the reason for the return.
The costs of return are to be borne by the customer regardless of the purchase value and will be deducted directly from your account upon arrival.
Please note that returns are only possible for unused and unopened goods with the original packaging. Personalized products are excluded from the return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please send the goods back to us and place a new order.
As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked and refunded after approval. This usually takes a maximum of 7 days after arrival at the warehouse.
