1. Before you fill your supplies into jars, find the right jar size for your supplies. Do n't forget that weight ≠ volume ! 1 kg of flour or coffee won't fit into a 1.0 l Oleni jar because the volume is not the same as the weight, i.e. kg is not the same as ml. 2. Empty the pantry and wipe the shelves clean with a damp cloth.

3. Go through all your supplies thoroughly and check for expiration dates. Throw away expired food and give away anything you no longer use. Now fill the food with pasta, flour, nuts or rice into your Oleni Mason Jar glass.
