Did you know that our favorite glass adventure began in a small garage almost 10 years ago? Our founder Nadine had a clear vision of creating more than just a product out of glass - she wanted to live a philosophy that combined order, culinary delights and sustainability. With a lot of courage and passion, she brought her idea into the world and the Mason Jar to Germany.

A Mason Jar and a Vision: The Beginning of a Heartfelt Story

At first, Nadine, with the help of her family, packed each package by hand: the jars were lovingly placed in wood wool, stamped and then taken to the post office on a bike trailer. In 2015, a rolling board with tension straps replaced the trailer, and in 2017 we finally moved into our first external warehouse. But the biggest step so far came in 2023, when we moved into our own warehouse in the middle of Cologne - a place that allows us to design and ship everything even more beautifully and individually for you. What once began with a single Mason Jar is now an extensive range of diverse products. We now design our own collections and have steadily expanded our range to offer you even more options for a sustainable and tidy everyday life. From multifunctional jars to stylish storage options and versatile accessories - our products accompany you in all areas of life.

From the One-Woman Show to the Favorite Glass Family

From a "one-woman show", Nadine has created an extraordinary foundation for a special workplace - what she now calls "New Work". A strong, dynamic team - or as Nadine calls it "The Lieblingsglas Family" - led by two inspiring women, now works completely remotely. Nadine is convinced that this flexible and modern work concept is the future. With great trust, she gives her team freedom and appreciation, promotes individual strengths and interests. This creates a colorful mix of personalities who all share the same vision: to drive Lieblingsglas forward. Despite all the differences, there is a unique dynamic in the team that is constantly growing.

A second strong woman and the perfect balance between family and career

A special milestone on this path was Leonie. She joined the team in 2022 as a marketing all-rounder and quickly took on responsibility in marketing. Her passion, commitment and reliability quickly made it clear to Nadine: Leonie is something very special. Today, as CMO, she supports Nadine in realizing her vision - to make Lieblingsglas the best-known (love) brand for glass products in everyday life.

For Nadine, now a mother of two, it wasn't easy at first to let go of the reins. But this process, as challenging as it was, allowed her to grow both as an entrepreneur and as a mother. Thanks to Leonie's support, Nadine found the perfect balance between family and career.
