Our recipe – seasonal, sustainable, delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings:


  • 250 g gnocchi
  • 100 g fresh kale
  • 1 small onion
  • 55 g dried tomatoes (preserved in oil)
  • 40 g mushrooms (approx. 2–3 pieces)
  • 10 g pine nuts (approx. 1 tbsp)
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of cumin (optional)

Preparation:


  1. Roast pine nuts:
    • Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until golden brown. Set aside.

  2. Prepare kale:
    • Remove the hard stems from the kale, wash it and tear it into 1-2 cm pieces.
    • Blanch in a pan of boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes, drain and set aside.

  3. Cutting vegetables:
    • Finely dice the onion.
    • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
    • Cut dried tomatoes into thin strips.

  4. Heat the pan:
    • Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan.
    • Sauté the onions until translucent, then add the mushrooms and dried tomatoes and fry for about 3 minutes.

  5. Add kale and gnocchi:
    • Stir in the blanched kale.
    • Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet (about 2 minutes) or place them directly in the pan to fry them lightly. Mix everything together carefully.

  6. Season and serve:
    • Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and optionally cumin.
    • Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts before serving.
    • Use sage leaves as decoration to create a reference to the campaign
