- 2 cups plant-based milk (almond or coconut milk)
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of black pepper (for the bioavailability of turmeric)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger for extra heat
- A pinch of nutmeg for that special touch
- For decoration: Fresh fennel flowers (or dried)
Preparation:
- Pour the plant-based milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Be careful not to let the milk boil.
